摘要
简述了艾萨炉进行铅冶炼过程中烟气制酸的生产情况,提出加入高锰酸钾饱和液和双氧水对产品发黑硫酸进行脱色。实验结果表明先加入高锰酸钾溶液至微过量,后加入双氧水的脱色效果最佳,硫酸颜色由黑色褪到浅黄色,并一定程度上能提高产品酸的色度质量和透明度。
This article briefly describes the production of sulfuric acid from flue gas during the lead smelting process in the Isa furnace,and proposes to add potassium permanganate saturated solution and hydrogen peroxide to conduct decolorization experiments on the blackened sulfuric acid product.The results showed that adding potassium permanganate solution to a slight excess,followed by adding hydrogen peroxide,had the best decolorization effect.The color of sulfuric acid faded from black to light yellow,and to some extent the color quality and transparency of the product acid could be improved.
