摘要
文章验证了笔者所在实验室是否有能力开展《土壤pH值的测定电位法》(HJ 962-2018)的项目。实验选取3个不同pH值的试样分别做6次平行测定,计算平均值和标准偏差;两个有证标准物质、利用两台设备分别做6次平行测定,比较测试数据与标准值,验证方法的精密度和准确度。结果显示,3个试样的平均值、标准偏差均满足标准要求,两个有证标准物质的12次测定结果均在标准值的误差范围内,确认实验室具备开展土壤中pH值测定的能力。
The article has verified whether the laboratory of the author is able to carry out the project of Potentiometric Method for Determination of Soil pH(HJ 962-2018).In this experiment,3 samples with different pH values were selected for 6 parallel determinations,and the average value and standard deviation were calculated;Two certified reference materials and two sets of equipment were used for six parallel determinations,and the test data were compared with the standard value,that is,to verify the precision and accuracy of the method.The results show that the average value and standard deviation of the three samples meet the standard requirements,and the 12 determination results of the two certified reference materials are within the error range of the standard value.It is confirmed that the laboratory has the ability to carry out pH measurement in soil.
