生态环境保护协同推动实现“双碳”目标路径研究——以重庆市江津区绿色发展为视角

Study on the Way to Achieve“Dual Carbon”Targets through the Synergy of Ecological and Environmental Protection:from the Perspective of Jiangjin District

“双碳”目标为现代工业、农业、交通运输业等绿色发展提出了新要求,特别是工农业生产方式的绿色转型尤为重要。依据江津区地方发展特点,梳理产业优势及资源优势,分析实现“双碳”目标的可行性,提出利用江津区工业发展、农业资源等基础条件,从工业产业转型升级,以城聚产,推进农业产业升级、增大绿色投资需求,改善投资结构等多个方面协同推动实现“双碳”目标,为江津区产业绿色发展、实现“双碳”目标提供理论及政策参考。

The“Dual carbon”target puts forward new requirements for green development of modern industry,agriculture,transportation and other mode of production,especially the green transition of industry and agriculture.Based on the characteristics of Jiangjin District s local development,the paper reviews the current situation of its industrial structure and energy structure,and analyzes the feasibility of achieving the“Dual carbon”target,it was proposed that Jiangjin District should make use of its basic conditions,such as industrial development and agricultural resource advantages,to transform and upgrade its industrial sectors,cluster production in urban areas,promote the upgrading of agricultural industries and increase the demand for green investment,improving the investment structure and other aspects to promote the implementation of the“Dual carbon”target,to provide a theoretical and policy reference for the green development of industry in Jiangjin District and the achievement of the“Dual carbon”target.
