摘要 介绍了扬子石化EO/EG装置全环氧改造项目,并对改造后系统的运行情况进行了技术标定。此次改造是在原联产装置上优化产品结构,增大精制环氧乙烷占比,同时优化原工况乙二醇蒸发、脱水及精制的操作,提高装置应对市场变化的抗风险能力。改造后,装置能耗由350 kg标油/tEOE降低至270 kg标油/tEOE,EO在EOE中的占比从0.59提升到了0.94,系统运行平稳,产品质量达到甚至优于设计目标。 This article introduces the complete ethylene oxide reconstruction project of YPC s EO/EG unit and conducts technical calibration of the system s operation after reconstruction.This is the first complete ethylene oxide unit put into operation domestically in China.The reconstruction optimizes the product structure on the original integrated production unit,increases the proportion of refined ethylene oxide,and optimizes the operation of ethylene glycol evaporation,dehydration,and refining under original conditions,improving the unit s ability to resist market risks.After the reconstruction,the unit s energy consumption has been reduced from 350 kg standard oil/tEOE to 270 kg standard oil/tEOE,and the proportion of EO in EOE has been increased from 0.59 to 0.94.The system operates stably,and the product quality meets or even exceeds the design targets.
