Discussion on Long-period Operation of BGL Gasifier Blower

BGL气化炉采用固定床加压气化、液态排渣技术。经过公司多年运行经验,目前鼓风口的运行周期已成为影响BGL气化炉能否实现长周期稳定运行的关键因素之一。通过对鼓风口长周期运行的影响因素、优化控制以及泄漏后的维护进行总结,以达到BGL气化炉长周期稳定运行的目的。

BGL gasifier adopts fixed-bed pressurized gasification and liquid slag removal technology.After years of operation experience of the company,the operation period of the blast port has become one of the key factors affecting the long-term stable operation of BGL gasifier.This paper summarizes the factors affecting the long-term operation of the blast port,the optimal control and the maintenance after leakage,in order to achieve the long-term stable operation of BGL gasifier.
