地方院校“无机及分析化学”教学供给侧改革研究

摘要 将经济领域提出的供给侧改革引入无机及分析化学教学中,解决教学过程中存在的问题,提高人才培养质量,建设高水平的教学团队。教学中,重视高中与大学化学知识之间的有效衔接,针对不同专业的学生,创新具有专业特色的教学内容,提出符合专业特色的对策和措施;改革教学方法、手段和考核方式,培养非化学专业学生化学思维,为后续专业课程的学习和就业打下夯实基础;教学中引入绿色化学,渗透绿色化学教育,树立学生绿色化学思维,增强学生环保意识;将创新创业教育融入人才培养,培养学生的创业意识和创新精神;将思政教育与课堂教学相结合,培养学生科学精神和职业素养,弘扬爱国主义精神。 The supply-side reform in the economic field was introduced into the teaching of inorganic and analytical chemistry to solve the problems existing in the teaching process,improve the quality of personnel training and build a high-level teaching team.In teaching,we attached importance to the effective connection between high school and university chemistry knowledge,innovated teaching contents with professional characteristics for students of different majors and put forward measures that conform to professional characteristics.We reformed teaching methods,means and assessment methods,cultivated chemical thinking of students of non-chemical majors and layed a solid foundation for learning and employment of follow-up professional courses.Green chemistry was introduced into teaching,green chemistry education was infiltrated,green chemistry ideas of students was established and environmental protection consciousness of students was enhanced.We should integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into talent training and cultivate students entrepreneurial consciousness and innovative spirit.Combining ideological and political education with classroom teaching,we cultivated students scientific spirit and professional quality,carried forward the spirit of patriotism and stimulated students enthusiasm for loving the party and patriotism.
