河南省钢铁行业绿色低碳发展方向研究 被引量:1

摘要 钢铁工业作为我国碳排放和污染物排放的重点行业,绿色低碳发展已经成为行业面临的最紧迫任务。为此,研究了河南省钢铁行业企业分布、主要生产装备、污染物排放水平、能耗和碳排放水平,分析了产能整合和装备大型化、提高球团比例、提高电炉钢比例、提升资源能源利用效率、钢铁行业超低排放改造、发展清洁炼铁技术等对河南省钢业行业绿色低碳发展的重要影响。按不同产能、不同条件下核算河南省钢铁行业污染物排放和碳排放量,对河南省钢铁行业绿色低碳发展提出方向。 As a major contributor to carbon emissions and pollutant emissions in China,the green and low-carbon development of the iron and steel industry has become the most urgent task faced by the industry.The distribution of enterprises,major production equipment,pollutant emission levels,energy consumption and carbon emission levels in Henan Province's steel industry are introduced,and the important impacts of six aspects on the green and low-carbon development of Henan's steel industry are analyzed,such as capacity integration and equipment large-scale,increasing the proportion of pellets,increasing the proportion of electric furnace steel,improving the efficiency of resource and energy utilization,ultralow emission transformation of the steel industry,and developing clean iron-making technology.The pollutant emissions and carbon emissions of Henan Province's steel industry are accounted for under different production capacities and conditions,and improvement directions are proposed for the green and low-carbon development of Henan Province's steel industry.
