摘要
安钢烧结系统使用的厂间物资有高炉重力除尘灰、运焦线除尘灰、焦化除尘灰、炼钢除尘灰以及新增的脱硫脱硝系统产生的活性炭粉。各类含碳厂间物资的使用存在使用方式粗放、搭配不科学的问题。通过加强各类厂间物资的成分化验,根据产生量、有害元素含量和性状,按照各烧结系统不同的工艺条件和高炉的要求进行分配和搭配,采用更加科学有效的配加方式,既满足了烧结生产稳定性的要求,又满足了不同高炉对不同烧结系统烧结矿质量和有害元素的控制要求,达到资源合理利用的目的。
The materials used in the sintering system of Anyang Steel include blast furnace gravity dust removal,coke transportation line dust removal,coking dust removal,steelmaking dust removal,and activated carbon powder produced by the newly added desulfurization and denitration system.There are problems of extensive use and unscientific collocation in the use of various carbon-containing materials between factories.By strengthening the composition test of various materials between plants,according to the production quantity,harmful element content and properties the technicians distribute and match is carried out on the basis of the different process conditions of each sintering unit and the requirements of the blast furnace,as well as a more scientific and effective mixing method.It not only meets the requirements for the stability of sintering production,but also meets the requirements of different blast furnaces for the control of the sinter quality and harmful elements of different sintering units,so as to achieve the goal of rational utilization of resources.
