邯钢3200 m^(3)高炉重力灰气力输送技术应用与创新

摘要 随着国家对钢企环保要求越来越高,传统的高炉重力除尘灰排灰工艺已不能满足当前的环保要求,进一步推进实施钢铁行业超低排放成为必要。邯钢3200 m^(3)高炉创新采用气力输送+吸排车卸灰系统,解决了重力灰在卸灰及运输过程中带来的环保及安全问题,杜绝了二次扬尘,降低了运行成本,实现了高炉重力灰排灰系统的无人化自动控制。 As the national environmental protection requirements for steel enterprises become higher and higher,the traditional gravity dust removal process of blast furnace can no longer meet the current environmental protection requirements,so it is necessary to further promote the implementation of ultra-low emissions in steel industry.The 3200 m^(3)blast furnace of Hangang innovatively adopts the pneumatic conveying+suction and discharging truck ash discharge system,which solves the environmental protection and safety problems caused by gravity ash in the process of ash discharge and transportation,eliminates the secondary dust,reduces the operation cost,and realizes the unmanned automatic control of the gravity ash discharge system of blast furnace.
