富树脂对风电叶片用玻纤拉挤板性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 随着风机单机容量向大型化方向快速发展,传统的玻纤织物主梁结构已无法满足大型叶片设计的需求,玻纤拉挤板由于纤维含量高、模量高、成本低等优势,被广泛用于叶片主梁结构中,但拉挤板生产过程中可能会存在一些质量问题影响主梁的性能,而行业内对这类问题的研究尚少。为此研究了拉挤板富树脂对板材基本和静态性能的影响,并对拉挤板生产过程中调控富树脂措施提出建议。结果表明,富树脂对拉挤板的密度和纤维含量影响不大,对0°拉伸性能影响较小,对90°拉伸性能有一定影响。 With the rapid development of wind turbine capacity towards large-scale,traditional fiberglass fabric main beam structures cannot meet the needs of large-scale blade design.Fiberglass pultruded plates are widely used in blade main beam structures due to their high fiber content,high modulus,and low cost.However,there may be some quality issues in the production process of pultruded plates that affect the performance of the main beam,and there is little research on such issues in the industry.This article mainly studies the impact of rich resin on the basic and static properties of the plates,and proposes suggestions for improving rich resin measures in the production process of pultruded plates.The results show that the rich resin has little effect on the density and fiber content of the pultruded plates,has little effect on 0°tensile properties,and has a certain effect on the 90°tensile properties.
