摘要
以RV减速器中摆线轮为研究对象,在考虑材料属性、接触刚度、摩擦等因素的影响下,应用ABAQUS软件建立含有剥落故障的摆线轮传动系统有限元模型,对比分析摆线轮在无故障和剥落故障状态下的仿真结果,研究当出现剥落故障时整个摆线轮传动系统的振动特性。仿真得出的振动响应信息既能用于摆线轮传动系统的故障预判,也能减少机器作业的安全隐患。
This study focuses on the cycloid wheel in RV reducer,and establishes the finite element model of the cycloid drive system with spalling fault by applying ABAQUS software,considering the in-fluence of material properties,contact stiffness,friction and other factors,and studies the vibration char-acteristics of the whole cycloid drive system when spalling fault occurs by comparing and analyzing the simulation results of the cycloid wheel in the state of spalling fault and the state of no fault.The vibration response information obtained from the simulation can be used both for fault prediction of the cycloid drive system and to reduce the safety hazards of machine operation.
