城市高质量发展背景下合肥工业遗产更新策略研究

Old Industrial Plant in Hefei under the Background of High Quality Urban Development Research on Renewal Strategy

城市工业遗产空间更新改造是城市更新的重要内容之一。本文通过工业遗产更新实践的研究梳理,分析归纳具有借鉴意义的更新模式,并以国家级工业遗产合肥钢铁厂中的钢铁五厂为研究对象,剖析其内在价值,针对其现状特征与现存问题,提出实现城市高质量发展的目标,可以通过综合开发的工业遗产更新模式,置入新型业态,重构空间结构,延续工业文明,优化生态景观建设的多元化更新策略,加强与城市生活的联系,以期为城市工业遗产空间的复兴提供具有可行性的更新路径。

As China enters the period of high-quality development of urban space,the renewal and transformation of the idle industrial heritage space in cities has become one of the important contents of urban renewal.This paper through the study of the industrial heritage update practice,analysis of meaningful update model,and the national industrial heritage in Hefei iron and steel plant as the re-search object,analyzes its internal value,proposed the goal of urban development of high quality,can through the comprehensive development of industrial heritage renewal mode,into the new forms,recon-struct the spatial structure,continuation of industrial civilization,optimize the diversification of ecologi-cal landscape construction of update strategy,strengthen the connection with urban life,in order to pro-vide feasible renewal path for the revival of urban industrial heritage space.
