程昉:一个熙宁改革的样本

程昉是熙宁改革时期一个典型的事务型官僚。他被宋神宗提拔,被王安石知遇,从事工作类型多样,以农田水利为主。程昉参与变法的作为有成功之处,也有诸多问题,饱受反对派的干扰与打击。程昉的经历体现出熙宁变革在地方的推行情况以及改革面临的困境。程昉是神宗熙宁变法的一个经典样本,从中可以略窥北宋王朝改革的样貌。

Cheng Fang was a representative figure responsible for specific affairs during the Xining Reform period.He was promoted by Emperor Shenzong of Song and appreciated by Wang Anshi.He engaged in various types of work,mainly in agricultural water conservancy.Cheng Fang participated in Xining Reform and much of his work was successful,but there were also many problems and interference of the opposition party.Cheng Fang′s experience reflected the implementation of the Xining Reform in local areas and the difficulties faced by the reform.Cheng Fang was a typical case of the Xining Reform,from which we can glimpse the appearance of the reform during the Northern Song Dynasty.
