摘要
心房颤动(AF)病人发生缺血性卒中的风险高且预后差。左心房/左心耳的结构和功能与AF病人卒中密切相关。心脏CT成像可清楚显示左心房/左心耳结构及其血栓,在指导AF病人卒中防治中的潜力日益显著。就心脏CT成像检测左心房/左心耳血栓、预测AF病人卒中风险、指导左心耳封堵术预防卒中以及人工智能在该领域的应用等方面进行综述。
Patients with atrial fibrillation(AF)are at high risk of ischemic stroke and have poor prognoses.The structure and function of the left atrium/left atrial appendage are closely related to stroke in patients with AF.Cardiac CT imaging can clearly display the left atrium/left atrial appendage structure and thrombosis,and its potential for guiding the prevention and treatment of stroke is increasingly prominent in patients with AF.This article reviews the use of cardiac CT imaging in detecting left atrium/left atrial appendage thrombosis,predicting stroke risk in patients with AF,guiding left atrial appendage closure to prevent stroke and the application of artificial intelligence in this field.
