摘要
采用非期望产出的超效率EBM—DEA模型和改进的熵值法分别测度2010—2020年河北省建筑业碳排放效率和城镇化水平,进一步引入耦合协调度模型对二者间的协调水平进行评价。结果表明:河北省建筑业碳排放效率呈“V”型发展趋势,且城镇化水平逐年提高,使得二者协调水平上升明显,并呈现出“中部高,南北低”的空间格局。同时各地区均表现为效率滞后,说明在推进城乡融合发展同时,应注重建筑业绿色、低碳化发展。
The EBM-DEA model with undesirable output and the improved entropy method were used to measure the carbon emission efficiency of the construction industry and urbanization level in Hebei Province from 2010 to 2020,and the coupling coordination model was introduced to eval-uate the coordination level between them.The results show that the carbon emission efficiency of the construction industry in Hebei province has a V-shaped development trend,and the urbaniza-tion level increases year by year,which makes the coordination level of the two rise significantly and shows a spatial pattern of"high in the middle and low in the north and south".At the same time,all regions are lagging behind in efficiency,indicating that while promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas,we should focus on green and low-carbon development of the construction industry.
