稠油油藏耐高温洗油剂体系的研制及性能

摘要 基于分子模拟技术设计并合成了一种以C_(12)^(+)蒽为疏水基团、磺酸钠为亲水基团的全新结构的表面活性剂,对合成的反应条件进行优化。将合成的表面活性剂与降黏剂及助剂复配增效制得耐高温洗油剂复配体系,考察了洗油剂复配体系的耐高温性、表面张力、洗油率等,并对洗油剂复配体系的性能进行评价。实验结果表明,以三氯化铝为催化剂、硝基苯为溶剂,在反应温度70℃、反应时间8 h的条件下,表面活性剂产率可达92%。在油藏条件下1.00%(w)的洗油剂复配体系的洗油率达72%,沉降脱水率达83%;针对不同黏度的原油,0.30%(w)的复配体系降黏率均可达99%,具有优异的降黏性能和洗油性能。 Based on molecular simulation technology,a new surfactant with C_(12)^(+) anthracene as hydrophobic group and sodium sulfonate as hydrophilic group was designed and synthesized.The reaction conditions of synthesis were optimized.The high temperature resistant oil washing agent mixed system was prepared by combining the synthetic surfactants with viscosity reducing agents and additives.The high temperature resistance,surface tension,oil washing rate and the like of the mixed system were investigated,and the performance of the mixed system was evaluated.The experimental results show that with aluminum trichloride as catalyst and nitrobenzene as solvent,the yield of surfactant can reach 92%under the conditions of reaction temperature 70℃ and reaction time 8 h.Under reservoir conditions,the oil washing rate and sedimentation dehydration rate of 1.00%(w)oil washing agent mixed system are up to 72% and 83%,and the viscosity reduction rate of 0.30%(w)mixed system can reach 99% for crude oil with different viscosity,which show excellent viscosity reduction and oil washing performance.
