摘要
活性炭材料因具有发达的孔隙结构、超高的比表面积以及出色的吸附性能等特点,被广泛应用于环境保护、化工、能源储存等诸多领域。综述了近年来以高硫石油焦为碳源,通过KOH活化、脱硫制备活性碳的方法,介绍了活化成孔、脱硫机理以及石油焦基活性炭相关应用的研究进展,并对未来制备性能优异的石油焦基活性炭的发展方向进行了探讨,以期为高硫石油焦资源化利用提供新的思路。
Activated carbon materials are widely used in environmental protection,chemical industry,energy storage and many other fields due to their developed pore structure,ultra-high specific surface area and excellent adsorption performance.In this paper,the methods for preparation of activated carbon from high-sulfur petroleum coke by KOH activation and desulfurization in recent years are reviewed.The mechanism of activated pore forming and desulfurization,and the research progress of related applications of petroleum coke based activated carbon are introduced.The development direction of petroleum coke based activated carbon with excellent preparation performance in the future is discussed,in order to provide new ideas for the resource utilization of high-sulfur petroleum coke.
