废弃聚甲醛塑料的回收及高值化再利用现状 被引量:1

摘要 聚甲醛(POM)是一类由甲醛作为单体均聚/共聚产生的热塑性材料,广泛用于制造刚度要求高、摩擦系数低和结构稳定性强的精密仪器领域。POM作为一类典型的不可降解塑料,目前它的回收利用受到甲醛释放严重和回收条件苛刻等因素限制。介绍了当前废弃POM回收利用的技术研究进展,详细讨论了物理和化学回收的优缺点,重点论述了热解法、酸/碱催化法和新型化学解聚法的技术原理和特点。进一步分析了“POM解聚+原位官能团化一步耦合”新技术的化学原理和技术经济优势,为POM材料的回收和高值化利用提供新的思路。 Polyoxymethylene(POM)is a kind of thermoplastic material produced by homopolymerization/copolymerization using formaldehyde as monomer.It is widely used in the field of precision instruments with high rigidity,low friction coefficient and strong structural stability.POM,as a kind of typical non-degradable material,its recycling and utilization are limited by serious formaldehyde release and harsh process conditions.In this review,research progresses in the recycling and utilization of waste POM are analyzed,the advantages and disadvantages of physical and chemical recovery are discussed in detail,the technical principles and characteristics of pyrolysis,acid/alkali catalysis and new chemical depolymerization methods are emphasized.In addition,the chemical principle and technical economic advantages of the new technology of“POM depolymerization+in-situ functionalization one-step coupling”are further analyzed,providing a new idea for the recovery and high-value utilization of POM materials.
