羟乙基淀粉作为高分子键合物药物载体的研究进展

Research progress of Hydroxyethyl Starch as a carrier for polymerdrug conjugates

羟乙基淀粉具有良好的水溶性、生物相容性且具有大量的可修饰羟基,可作为一种理想的纳米载药构建材料。羟乙基淀粉价格低廉,成药性好,因此作为高分子键合物载体具有极大的研究潜力。笔者围绕羟乙基淀粉的性质,包括分子结构、特征参数、药学特性和作为高分子键合物载体的研究进展展开综述,为进一步研究羟乙基淀粉作为高分子键合物载体提供参考。

Hydroxyethyl starch has the advantages of good water solubility,biocompatibility and polyfunctionality with modifiable hydroxyl groups,these make hydroxyethyl starch be used as an ideal material for the construction of nanodrug delivery systems.With a low price,good drug properties,hydroxyethyl starch presents a great future for development of polymer-drug conjugates.This review comprehensively describes the characteristics of hydroxyethyl starch,namely,molecular structure,pharmaceutical properties and provides a reference for further study on hydroxyethyl starch as polymerdrug conjugates.
