壳聚糖在肺吸入制剂中的研究进展

Research progress of chitosan in lung inhalation preparations

目的综述天然高分子材料壳聚糖及其衍生物的性质并扩展壳聚糖及其衍生物在吸入制剂中的应用。方法查阅国内外与壳聚糖相关的文献,并对其进行分析、归纳、总结。结果研究发现,壳聚糖性能优越、应用很广,但其在肺部吸入制剂领域研究较少。结论与传统口服剂型相比,肺吸入制剂具有给药剂量小、吸收速度快、避免首过效应等优点。将壳聚糖及其衍生物应用到吸入制剂中,可以使肺吸入制剂更好的服务于临床。

Objective To review the properties of natural polymer material chitosan and its derivatives,and to expand the application of chitosan and its derivatives in inhalation preparations.Methods The literatures related to chitosan at home and abroad were reviewed and analyzed,concluded and summarized.Results It was found that chitosan has excellent properties and has been widely used,but it is rarely studied in the field of pulmonary inhalation preparations.Conclusion Compared with traditional oral dosage,pulmonary inhalation preparation has the advantages of small dose,fast absorption rate and avoiding first pass effect.The application of chitosan and its derivatives to inhalation preparations can make pulmonary inhalation preparations better serve the clinic.
