组合式激光毁伤眩目光学变焦系统的设计

摘要 1064 nm激光器与532 nm激光器不同波段激光光束通过反射镜偏转,进入光学变焦系统可对皮肤有灼烧疼痛的感觉和人眼的眩目。建立了三镜组的变焦光学系统的物理模型,推导了各镜组之间的移动规律,并进行Zemax光学仿真。变焦距光学系统通过调整光学系统参数,改变光学系统的焦距来保证光学系统动态成像的需求,实现激光毁伤和眩目。结果表明,调焦范围在128.024~129.121 mm,可实现激光对皮肤的灼伤。调焦范围在138.689~159.578 mm,可实现激光对人眼的眩目。 1064 nm laser and 532 nm laser different wavelength laser beam through the reflector deflection,into the optical zoom system can have a burning pain sensation on the skin and glare of the human eye.In this paper,the physical model of the zoom optical system with three mirror sets is established,the movement law between each mirror set is deduced,and zemax optical simulation is performed.Variable focal length optical system by adjusting the optical system parameters,change the focal length of the optical system to ensure that the optical system dynamic imaging needs to achieve laser destruction,l aser glare.The results show that the focusing range of 128.024~129.121 mm can achieve the laser skin burn.The focusing range is 138.689~159.578 mm to achieve laser glare on human eyes.
