高校“食用菌栽培学”三个课堂一体的探索 被引量:2

摘要 基于产教融合协同育人的新时代背景下,为全面提高“食用菌栽培学”的教学效果,采用双师同堂教学形式实施第一课堂的理论教学和实验教学;采用“学生主体、教师引导”的方式强化第二课堂的专业训练;采用“学生主导,教师指导”的方式延伸第三课堂的双创实践教育活动。实践表明:在牢固树立OBE(成果导向)的教育理念下,校企合作协同搭建的“三个课堂”一体化人才培养模式能全面有效地提升学生的学习、实践和创新创业能力。校企合作协同育人有助于实现高素质应用型人才培养与食用菌产业需求之间的有效对接。 In order to comprehensively improve the teaching effect of cultivation of edible fungi,the theoretical teaching and experimental teaching of the first class were carried out in the form of double teachers in the same classroom under the background of the new era of production and education integration and collaborative education.The method of“student main body and teacher guidance”was adopted to strengthen the professional training of the second classroom after class.The way of“student-led,teacher-directed”was adopted to extend the entrepreneurship and innovation practical education activities in the third class after school.The practice showed that under the solid establishment of OBE education concept,the"three classes"integrated talent training mode established by school-enterprise cooperation can comprehensively and effectively improve students'learning,practice,innovation and entrepreneurship ability.School-enterprise cooperation in personnel education was helpful to realize the effective docking between high-quality application-oriented personnel training and the demand of edible fungus industry.
