摘要
劳动教育是新时代高校“五育并举”全面培养体系的核心组成部分,是大学生成长的必由之路。针对当前高职院校劳动教育面临的实践活动缺乏系统设计、考核评价不健全、课程体系不完善等实际,主要从劳动价值观、劳动文化、劳动课程和劳动实践以及劳动评价出发,探索构建健全的“劳动教育”体系的路径和策略,为高职院校劳动教育有效开展提供参考,以期培育出具有劳动认知、劳动智慧、劳动能力且能够肩负起新时代发展重任的新青年。
Labor education is the core component of the comprehensive training system of"five educations"in colleges and universities in the new era,and it is the only way for universities to grow.In view of the lack of systematic design,imperfect assessment and evaluation,and imperfect curriculum system faced by labor education in vocational colleges,this paper explores the path and strategy of building a sound"labor education"system from the research of the construction content of the"five major systems"such as labor values,labor culture,labor curriculum,labor practice,and labor evaluation,so as to provide reference for the effective development of labor education in vocational colleges,in order to cultivate labor cognition,labor wisdom,new young people who are able to work and can shoulder the responsibility of development in the new era.
