师资队伍建设一直是教育领域改革发展的永恒主题。针对我国地方应用型本科高校改革发展的重点研究问题--“双师双能型”师资队伍建设,通过梳理地方应用型本科高校“双师双能型”师资队伍建设办法以及相关研究文献,系统分析了“双师双能型”教师的内涵、队伍建设原则、目的及措施等问题,并探讨了“双师双能型”师资队伍建设研究的难点、不足与发展趋势,期望为地方应用型本科高校师资队伍改革发展提供借鉴性参考。

The construction of teaching staff is an important part of the reform and development of education.Aiming at the problem of"double-qualified and double-capable"faculty team construction in the reform and development of local application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities in China,this paper reviews the related measures and literature for faculty team construction in local application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,systematically analyzes the connotation,team construction principles,purposes and measures,and probes into the shortcomings and development trend of research in this field.It is expected to provide reference for the reform and development of local application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities.
