湖南省高职旅游“双师四能型”教师认定标准探析 被引量:1

摘要 “双师型”教师是新时代职业教育深化改革的主体力量,是适应区域经济产业转型升级和提升人才培养质量的有效保证。旅游管理专业具有实践性强、技能突出、服务要求高等特点,要培养出合格的高技术复合型旅游人才,其专业教师必须具备“双师素质”。通过对“双师型”教师内涵及现有认定标准的深入分析,提炼出高职旅游“双师型”教师素质构成,并初步构建了高职旅游专业“双师型”教师认定标准,为湖南省高职旅游“双师型”教师的培养提供一定的建议和参考。 “Double qualified”teachers are the main force to deepen the reform of vocational education in the new era,and are an effective guarantee to adapt to the transformation and upgrading of regional economic industries and improve the quality of talent training.The major of tourism management has the characteristics of strong practicality,outstanding skills and high service requirements.To cultivate qualified high-tech composite tourism talents,the professional teachers must have“dual qualification”.Through the in-depth analysis of the connotation of“double qualified”teachers and the existing identification standards,the quality composition of“double qualified”teachers in higher vocational tourism is refined,and the identification standards of“double qualified”teachers in higher vocational tourism are preliminarily constructed,which provides some suggestions and references for the training of“double qualified”teachers in higher vocational tourism colleges in Hunan Province.
