网络“摆烂”现象与青年奋斗精神的培育

从“佛系”到“躺平”,逐步进阶的“摆烂”突出重围,成为2022年网络热词,并在各大社交平台出圈,是值得关注的网络现象。“摆烂”与“佛系”“躺平”有着相似的反内卷基因,都寓意着放弃、退缩的心理,但“摆烂”蕴含着更多的不思进取和自我放弃,程度也比“佛系”“躺平”来得严峻,是消极心态的升级版。网络“摆烂”现象的产生和发展与社会资源愈发稀缺、消极的社会心理和圈层同辈群体效应紧密相关,直观地反映了青年群体对奋斗理想的弃置和内在奋斗动力不足的问题;其实质是将“摆烂”和轻松混为一谈,诱导青年与“摆烂”达成和解,消弭青年人的奋斗精神。从长远看,网络“摆烂”现象对青年发展无益,若任由“摆烂”发展蔓延,或将在不知不觉中消解青年人担当、坚韧、实干的奋斗精神。因此有必要从青年自我教育、价值引领、利益诉求、网络文化建设等方面着手,培育青年正确的奋斗观念,涵养源源不断的奋斗精神,展现奋发进取的精神风貌。

“Giving up trying”becomes the internet hot word in 2022,and is a network phenomenon worthy of attention.“Giving up trying”and“Buddhist Style”and“lying flat”have similar anti-involution genes.Both imply compromise,abandonment,and obedience,but“giving up trying”contains more non-enterprising and self-abandonment,and the degree is also greater than“Buddhist Style”and“lying flat”,which is an upgraded version of negative mentality.The emergence and development of the phenomenon of network“giving up trying”is closely related to the increasing scarcity of social resources,the negative social psychology and the stratification of network closure circles,which intuitively reflects the problem of insufficient motivation for young people to struggle.Its essence is to confuse“giving up trying”with ease,induce young people to reach a reconciliation with“giving up trying”,and eliminate the spirit of struggle of young people.In the long run,the phenomenon of“giving up trying”is not beneficial to the development of young people.If the notion of“giving up trying”is allowed to spread,it will unconsciously dissolve the spirit of struggle of young people to take responsibility,tenacity and hard work,so it is necessary to cultivate the correct concept of struggle of young people,cultivate a steady stream of spirit of struggle,and show the spirit of striving to forge ahead from the four aspects of humanistic care,value guidance,interest appeals,and network culture construction.
