摘要
3~6岁是幼儿性发展与建构性别角色的关键期,我国修订了《未成年人保护法》,为保护未成年人受到性侵害提供了法律的保障。在美国、日本等发达国家,已经普及了幼儿阶段的性教育。除香港、台湾等地区外,我国幼儿性教育仍处于起步阶段。从家庭、幼儿园、政府和社会的角度对3~6岁儿童的性教育现状进行分析,发现存在家庭性教育较为传统、幼儿园性教育缺乏引导、政府性教育方面的政策仍需完善、社会上性教育观念深受传统影响等问题,为此提出对幼儿开展性教育的实施策略,目的在于建立儿童性认知及自我保护意识,唤起社会对儿童性教育问题的重视。
The age of 3-6 is a critical period for children’s sexual development and the construction of gender roles.Our country has revised the“Minor Protection Law”to provide legal protection for the protection of minors from sexual abuse.In developed countries such as the United States and Japan,sex education in early childhood has been popularized.Except for Hong Kong,Taiwan and other regions,early childhood sex education in our country is still in its infancy.From the perspectives of family,kindergarten,government and society,the current situation of sex education for children aged 3-6 is analyzed.The concept of education is deeply influenced by tradition and other issues.Therefore,a strategy for children’s sexuality education is proposed.The purpose is to establish children’s sexual cognition and self-protection awareness,and to arouse the society’s attention to children’s sexuality education.
