复合相变材料蓄盐陶粒沥青混合料的制备及性能试验研究

摘要 自融雪路面是依靠自身材料特性,在冬季雪天自行对降雪进行融化,避免道路积雪影响交通的一种功能性路面。路面材料中可融雪的物质主要是盐化物等材料,以替代矿粉的形式掺入沥青混合料中。目前较成熟的盐化物掺加料有欧洲的V-260和日本的MFL,国内的盐化物掺加料大多处于研发阶段,融雪效果及成本控制并不成熟。在沥青中掺入相变材料制成的改性沥青在冬季可提升路面温度,可促进盐化物的融冰雪效果,在夏季可增强路面的抗高温性能。 Self melting snow road surface is a functional road surface that relies on its own material characteristics to melt snow during winter snowy days,avoiding the impact of road snow on traffic.The main substances that can melt snow in road materials are salts and other materials,which are added to asphalt mixtures in the form of mineral powder.Currently,more mature salt additives include V-260 from Europe and MFL from Japan.Most of the salt additives in China are in the research and development stage,and the snow melting effect and cost control are not mature.The modified asphalt made by adding phase change materials to the asphalt can increase the temperature of the road surface,promote the melting effect of salted substances,and enhance the high-temperature resistance of the road surface in summer.
