含氢交联剂对加成型液体灌封胶性能的影响

摘要 研究了含氢交联剂的杂质硫含量、活性氢含量、分子结构、分子链节数量、Si-H/Si-Vi摩尔比对加成型液体灌封胶性能的影响。结果表明:选用固体酸催化,分子链节数量为30、活性氢含量为0.30%的含氢交联剂,侧链交联剂与端含氢交联剂摩尔比值为4~4.5,Si-H/Si-Vi摩尔比为1.3∶1~2.4∶1,制备的加成型液体灌封胶各项指标均良好。 The effects of impurity sulfur content,active hydrogen content,molecular structure,number of molecular links and Si-H/Si-Vi molar ratio on the properties of the liquid potting adhesive containing hydrogen crosslinking agent were studied.The experimental results showed that all the indexes of the prepared liquid potting adhesive were good when the hydrogen-containing crosslinking agent catalyzed by solid acid,the number of molecular links was 30,the active hydrogen content was 0.30%,the molar ratio of side chain crosslinking agent to end hydrogen-containing crosslinking agent was 4-4.5,and the molar ratio of Si-H/Si-Vi was 1.3∶1~2.4∶1.
