1215易切削钢切削性能仿真与实验研究

摘要 采用单因素实验法,保持进给量、刀具几何参数和背吃刀量等切削条件不变,改变切削速度,研究1215钢的切削力变化。对1215钢进行数值模拟切削试验,结果表明,在保持切削用量和刀具角度不变的情况下,随着切削速度提高,1215钢所受的切削力先减小后增大。为验证模拟仿真结果可靠性,对1215钢进行切削实验,并进行误差分析。 The study used a single-factor experimental method to investigate the impact of cutting speed on the cutting force of 1215 steel under constant feed rate,tool geometry parameters,and back-off angle.Numerical simulation cutting tests were conducted on 1215 steel to collect the cutting force data at different cutting speeds.The results indicated that the cutting force of 1215 steel initially decreased and then increased as the cutting speed increased while keeping the cutting amount and tool angle constant.To verify the accuracy of the results,cutting experiments were also performed on 1215 steel and the error analysis was carried out.
