A Study on Countermeasures for Expanding Domestic and Foreign Technological Cooperation in Hebei Province under the New Development Pattern:A Multi-case Analysis Based on Grounded Theory

采用扎根理论质性研究方法,分析河北省国内外科技合作现状,探讨科技合作中存在的问题,并提出新发展格局下河北省国内外科技合作发展的具体对策。

The current situation of technological cooperation at home and abroad of Hebei Province is analyzed based on the qualitative research method of grounded theory.And the challenges of scientific and technological development in Hebei Province are discussed.Furthermore,the specific countermeasures to promote the development of technological cooperation under the new development pattern are put forward.
