鼻中隔软骨同期行唇裂修复矫正鼻畸形术的效果研究

A study on the effect of nasal septum cartilage repair with cleft lip to correct nasal deformity

目的探讨鼻中隔软骨同期行唇裂修复矫正鼻畸形术的临床效果。方法入选人员为2019年10月~2022年10月医院收治的86例唇裂合并鼻畸形患儿,采用随机分配法分为两组,研究组与对照组均各有43例患者。两组均行唇裂修复手术,研究组同时实施鼻畸形矫正术,对照组未实施鼻畸形矫正术。比较两组手术优良率、鼻部形态指标(鼻孔高度、鼻底长度、鼻翼长度、鼻翼唇峰距、鼻翼口角距、鼻偏曲度、鼻尖偏移度)、鼻外形评分和美观度评分。结果研究组的手术优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的鼻孔高度、鼻底长度、鼻翼长度、鼻翼唇峰距、鼻翼口角距、鼻尖偏移度、鼻偏曲度均小于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的鼻外形评分和美观度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻中隔软骨同期行唇裂修复矫正鼻畸形术的治疗效果显著,可有效改善鼻部形态,提高鼻外形的美观度。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of simultaneous repair of nasal septum cartilage with cleft lip to correct nasal deformity.Methods A total of 86 children with cleft lip combined with nasal deformity admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were randomly assigned into two groups,with 43 patients in both the study group and the control group.Both groups underwent cleft lip repair,the study group underwent nasal deformity correction at the same time,the control group did not undergo nasal deformity correction.The good and good rate of operation,nasal shape index(nostril height,nasal floor length,nasal wing length,nasal lip peak distance,nasal mouth distance,nasal deviation,nasal tip deviation),nasal appearance score and aesthetic score were compared between the two groups.Results The good and good rate of operation in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nostril height,nasal floor length,alar length,alar lip peak distance,alar mouth distance,nasal tip deviation and nasal deviation in the study group were all lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The nasal appearance score and aesthetic score of the study group were higher than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Nasal septum cartilage with lip cleft repair and correction of nasal deformity treatment effect is remarkable,can effectively improve the shape of the nose,improve the appearance of the nose.
