孙氏白癜风汤联合他克莫司软膏外用治疗进展期白癜风的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Sun's Vitiligo Decoction combined with Tacrolimus in the treatment of progressive vitiligo

目的研究孙氏白癜风汤联合他克莫司治疗进展期白癜风的临床疗效方法选取江阴市中医院2021年9月~2022年9月门诊进展期白癜风患者共60例,随机分为对照组30例(他克莫司外用治疗)和观察组30例(他克莫司外用+孙氏白癜风汤),3个月后比较两组临床疗效,治疗后两组间中医症候积分,白斑面积积分改变情况,同时记录不良反应情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率(93.3%)显著高于对照组(76.7%)(P<0.05);治疗后两组中医证候评分较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组白斑面积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组白斑面积较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生情况比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孙氏白癜风汤联合他克莫司软膏外用能有效改善进展期白癜风患者皮损的恢复,值得尝试。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Sun's Vitiligo Decoction combined with Tacrolimus in the treatment of progressive vitiligo.Method A total of 60 patients with progressive vitiligo were selected from September 2021 to September 2022 in the outpatient department of Jiangyin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into a control group of 30 cases(treated with Tacrolimus for external use)and an observation group of 30 cases(treated with Tacrolimus for external use+Sun's Vitiligo Decoction).After 3 months,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the TCM syndrome scores between the two groups were obtained after treatment,The change in the integral of the white spot area and the adverse reactions were recorded.Result After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(93.3%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.7%)(P<0.05);After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the area of white spots between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the area of white spots in the two groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Sun's vitiligo decoction and tacrolimus ointment for external use can effectively improve the recovery of skin lesions in patients with progressive vitiligo,and is worth trying.
