无托槽隐形矫治器联合牙周护理在正畸患者护理中的应用价值

Applied value of bracketless invisible appliance and periodontal nursing in orthodontic treatment patients

目的浅析无托槽隐形矫治器联合牙周护理在正畸患者护理中的应用价值。方法选取2019.1-2022.12于福建医科大学附属口腔医院就诊的102例采用无托槽隐形矫治的正畸患者为研究对象,联合牙周护理干预,评价干预效果。结果干预后患者牙龈指数(GI)值平均为(0.72±0.20)分,低于干预前(1.33±0.38)分;干预后患者菌斑指数(PLI)值平均为(0.94±0.37)分、低于干预前(2.13±0.45)分;干预后患者龈沟出血指数(SBI)值平均为(0.69±0.22)分、低于干预前(2.45±0.50)分。干预4个月后102例患者对护理工作满意度评分平均为(71.56±2.08)分。结论无托槽隐形矫治器联合牙周护理干预可保护正畸患者牙周组织健康,提高护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the applied value of bracketless invisible appliance and periodontal nursing in orthodontic treatment patients.Methods 102 patients of undergoing the orthodontic treatment via bracketless invisible appliance in School And Hospital Of Stomatology,Fujian Medical University(2019.01-2022.12)were selected as research subjects.The periodontal nursing was applied.Intervention outcomes were probed.Results The average gingival index(GI)after intervention was(0.72±0.20),which was lower than before(1.33±0.38);the average plaque index(PLI)after intervention was(0.94±0.37),which was lower than before(2.13±0.45);the average sulcus bleeding index(SBI)after intervention was(0.69±0.22),which was lower than before(2.45±0.50)(P<0.05);after 4m of intervention,the average satisfaction scores were(71.56±2.08).Conclusion The bracketless invisible appliance and periodontal nursing can protect the periodontal tissues and improve the nursing satisfaction for orthodontic treatment patients.
