摘要 针对皮肤科门诊的痤疮患者发病人群多数是青少年,由于熬夜会导致病情加重、反复的现象。分析青少年熬夜不良生活习惯的相关影响因素,并对熬夜和痤疮发病的相关性进行研究综述,旨在通过提高社会人群知晓长期熬夜对青少年痤疮患者的危害,并为改善熬夜行为的干预提供一个参考。 Most of the acne patients in the dermatology clinic are teenagers,because staying up late will lead to aggravated and repeated phenomena.The relevant influencing factors of teenagers'bad living habits of staying up late were analyzed,and the correlation between staying up late and the incidence of acne was reviewed,aiming to improve the social population's awareness of the harm of staying up late for teenagers with acne,and to provide a reference for the intervention to improve the behavior of staying up late.
