乡村生态治理是如今的一项重要任务,其目的是实现社会正义,但这依赖于领导的决策正义。领导者的决策目的不正义、决策手段不正义、决策结果不正义和决策后效不正义都意味着乡村生态治理的目的不能达成。因此,应以生态伦理、行政伦理、弹性程序和制度公正保证决策的正义属性,让伦理原则贯彻于乡村生态治理相关决策的价值理念和具体手段之中。

Rural ecological governance is an important task today,with the aim of achieving social justice,but it depends on the decision making justice of leaders.The unjust decision making purposes,methods,outcomes,and aftereffects of leaders all mean that the goals of rural ecological governance cannot be achieved.Therefore,ecological ethics,administrative ethics,flexible procedures,and institutional justice should be used to ensure the justice attributes of decision- making,and ethical principles should be implemented in the value concepts and specific means of decision making related to rural ecological governance.
