习近平总书记强调,利用互联网新技术对传统产业进行改造,提高全要素生产率,发挥数字技术对经济发展作用。这些重要论述,不仅体现了数字经济在我国经济社会发展中的重要作用,而且为提振龙江发展数字经济注入新鲜活力。因此,文章基于龙江经济发展现状,提出龙江经济需提升抢抓机遇的能力,加大发展数字经济的扶持力度,充分发挥龙江数字科技与工业、农业应用场景优势等路径,深度挖掘龙江经济发展意义,使黑龙江省在数字经济时代全面振兴、全方位振兴,具有重要的理论与实践意义。

President Xi Jinping emphasized that traditional industries should be transformed by new Internet technologies,total factor productivity should be improved,and digital technology should play a role in economic development.These important discussions not only reflect the important role of the digital economy in China’s economic and social development,but also inject fresh vitality into promoting the development of the digital economy in Heilongjiang.Therefore,based on the current situation of Heilongjiang’s economic development,the article proposes that Heilongjiang’s economy needs to enhance its ability to seize opportunities,increase support for the development of the digital economy,fully leverage the advantages of Heilongjiang’s digital technology,industry,and agricultural application scenarios,and deeply explore the significance of Heilongjiang’s economic development,so that Heilongjiang Province can comprehensively revitalize in the digital economy era.This has important theoretical and practical significance.
