摘要
为加快基础教育数字化转型,2023年2月韩国启动《数字驱动教育改革计划:释放教育中个性化学习机会》,旨在通过应用人工智能驱动的数字教科书、创建使用高科技升级课堂的教师团队、开发多样化的教学模式、运营“数字化学习先导学校”、扩充数字基础架构等五个方面赋能基础教育,实现“全民教育”愿景。该计划也为我国基础教育数字化转型提供了以下启示:一是加速研发和应用具有中国特色的人工智能驱动的数字教科书;二是打造人工智能时代的教师团队;三是开发适应人工智能时代的教与学模式;四是加速建立人工智能时代的示范学校;五是加快“互联网时代教育新基建”向“人工智能时代教育新基建”迭代转型升级。
In order to accelerate the digital transformation of basic education,South Korea launched the Digital-driven Education Reform:Unlocking Opportunities for Personalized Learning in Education in February 2023,which aimed to enable basic education to achieve the vision of“universal education”through the following five aspects,including applying AI-driven digital textbooks,creating“Teachers Who Upgrade Class with High-tech”,developing diverse teaching and learning modes,operating“Lead Schools for Digital Learning”and expanding digital infrastructure.The plan provides the following enlightenments for China’s basic education digitization:accelerate the research and application of AI-driven digital textbooks with Chinese characteristics,cultivate a teacher team in the AI era,develop teaching and learning modes suitable for the AI era,accelerate the establishment and operation of“Lead Schools for Digital Learning”,and speed up the iteration and upgrading from“Internet-era new education infrastructure”to“AI-era new education infrastructure”.
