中国光谷:以微光计划推进教育数字化转型探索

摘要 在实施教育数字化战略行动政策的指引下,武汉东湖新技术开发区通过实施微光计划,在区域推进教育数字化转型方面进行积极探索:一是部署“321行动”,将智慧教育30条工作要点整合为六大行动,即一个抓手(信息素养),两个保障(硬件与资源),三个核心(课堂、课程、校园);二是实施“456路径”将应用深入到三个方面,即四项比赛——通过比赛促应用,五种观摩——通过观摩促交流,六类培训——通过培训促提升;三是打造“三微两平台”,建设覆盖各学段和各学科的微课程、微习题、微辅导等学习资源库,建立光谷教学资源服务平台和个性化的自主学习平台,助力“双减”落地。 Under the guidance of“Implementing the Strategic Action of Educational Digitization”policy,Wuhan East Lake New Technology Development Zone has implemented the Shimmering Program to promote the digital transformation of regional educational.The“321 Action”was deployed to integrate the 30 key points of smart education into six actions,namely,one starting point-comprehensive improvement of information literacy,two guarantees-dual improvement of hardware and resources,and three cores-classroom,curriculum,and campus.The“456 Path”was implemented to deepen application in three aspects,namely,four competitions-promoting application through competition,five kinds of observation-promoting communication through observation,and six types of training-promoting promotion through training.“Three micro and two platforms”was built to facilitate the implementation of“Double Reduction”.A learning resource library covering various disciplines of each school section,such as micro courses,micro exercises and micro counseling was built,and a teaching resource service platform and a personalized autonomous learning platform were established.
