以应用为中心的区域智慧教育云建设实践 被引量:1

摘要 建设教育云是区域高质量发展的必然选择。鄂尔多斯市针对区域智慧教育云建设中存在的基础功能重复建设、数字教学资源质量低、操作复杂、平台粘性低等问题,提出以应用为中心的区域教育云建设策略,即以应用为中心构建区域智慧教育云应用服务体系、以试点为抓手开展应用建设、以师生需求为根本开展应用试点、探索人人参与的应用试点方法,形成以教育云支撑区域智慧教育的发展路径;并通过培育智慧教育示范区、示范校,开展案例培育、案例巡讲、案例评选、应用试点、专题培训和课题研究,评选教育信息化专家、智慧教学名师,构建智慧教育孵化体系等举措,积极推进区域教育高质量发展。 Building education cloud is the inevitable choice for regional high-quality development.Ordos in Inner Mongolia aims at solving the problems existing in the construction of regional intelligent education cloud,such as repeated construction of basic functions,low quality of digital teaching resources,complex operation and low platform viscosity.This paper puts forward the construction strategy of regional education cloud centered on application,that is,building a regional smart education cloud application service system with applications as the center,carrying out application construction with pilots as the starting point,carrying out application pilots based on the needs of teachers and students,and exploring application pilot methods in which everyone participates in the pilot,forming a development path to support regional smart education with education cloud.Through the cultivation of smart education demonstration areas and demonstration schools,carry out case cultivation,case tours,case selection,application pilots,special training and project research,select education informatization experts,smart teaching teachers,build a smart education incubation system and other measures,and actively promote the high-quality development of regional education.
