摘要
针对卫星通信设备模块多、系统复杂、维护难度大等突出矛盾,结合该设备系统历史故障案例的经验梳理,总结各模块设备故障排查流程,分析影响卫星通信设备安全的4个子系统的工作原理,分别构建相应的故障模型。通过故障树的方法在构建各子系统故障树模型的基础上将其有机结合,得到整个卫星通信设备系统故障的数学模型,分析引起卫星通信设备故障的最小割集。通过建立最小割集,解决了历史故障数据存储不足和卫星通信设备缺少数学模型的问题,为下一步做好卫星通信设备系统的智能故障诊断提供基础支撑。
In combination with the experience of historical fault cases of the equipment system,the troubleshooting process of each module is summarized,the working principles of four subsystems affecting the safety of satellite communication equipment are analyzed,and the corresponding fault models are constructed respectively,so as to solve the main contradictions of satellite communication equipment,such as multiple modules,complex system and difficult maintenance.By integrating the fault tree model of each subsystem dynamically,the mathematical model of the whole satellite communication equipment system fault is obtained,and the minimum cut set caused by the satellite communication equipment fault is analyzed.The problems of insufficient storage of historical fault data and the lack of mathematical model of satellite communication equipment are solved by establishing the minimum cut set,which provides the basis for the intelligent fault diagnosis of satellite communication equipment system in the next step.
