注塑工艺对POM齿轮弯曲疲劳寿命的影响规律

摘要 为了研究注塑工艺对聚甲醛(POM)齿轮弯曲疲劳寿命的影响,采用了DOE实验设计方法,并参考GB/T 14230-2021《齿轮弯曲疲劳强度试验方法》中的运转型试验方式来制定试验方案和设计测试装置。按照设计的实验计划,进行了齿轮弯曲疲劳寿命的试验,并获得POM齿轮寿命实验数据。通过Minitab软件对实验数据进行分析,得到弯曲疲劳寿命的主效应图和Pareto图。分析结果表明,模具温度和保压压力是影响POM齿轮弯曲疲劳寿命的两个主要工艺参数。为改善这些工艺参数对齿轮性能的影响,对模型进行了优化改进,并建立了回归方程来描述模具温度和保压压力对齿轮弯曲疲劳寿命的影响。通过实验验证发现,通过Minitab的响应优化得到数据模型预计最佳值及最优工艺配置:模具温度120℃,保压压力120MPa。在工艺优化后,POM齿轮的弯曲疲劳寿命提高了约59%。这表明,经优化后的注塑工艺,可以显著改善POM齿轮的性能,并延长其使用寿命。 To investigate the influence of the injection molding process on the bending fatigue life of polyoxymethylene(POM)gears,the design of experiments(DOE)methodology was employed and the rotational testing method outlined in GB/T 14230-2021"Test method for bending fatigue strength of gears"was referred to develop the experimental plan and design the testing apparatus.According to the designed experimental plan,bending fatigue life tests of the gears were conducted,and experi‐mental data on the lifespan of POM gears were obtained.The experimental data were analyzed using Minitab software to generate main effects plots and Pareto charts for bending fatigue life.The analysis results indicate that mold temperature and holding pressure are the two main process parameters affecting the bending fatigue life of POM gears.To improve the impact of these process parame‐ters on gear performance,the model is optimized and improved,and a regression equation is established to describe the influence of mold temperature and holding pressure on bending fatigue life.Through response optimization in Minitab,the predicted optimal values of the data model and the corresponding optimal process configuration are obtained:mold temperature of 120℃and holding pressure of 120 MPa.Experimental validation reveales an approximately increase by 59%in the bending fatigue life of POM gears after optimizing the injection molding process parameters.This demonstrates that the optimizes injection molding process parame‐ters can significantly improve the performance and extend the lifespan of POM gears.
