摘要
针对黑色母中炭黑难分散、影响力学性能的问题,采用双螺杆挤出机和注塑机制备了聚酰胺(PA)增强复合材料,探讨了黑色母种类及含量对PA6/GF30体系、PA66/GF30体系、PA66/GF30溴系阻燃体系、PA66/GF30无卤阻燃体系性能的影响。结果表明,尼龙增强产品中,添加1%的TA-5003后PA6/GF30和PA66/GF30的拉伸强度、弯曲强度会略微下降,冲击强度会下降5%左右。随着质量分数增加至2%,强度进一步下降。同等比例下,纳米黑色母TA-5003对PA6/GF30和PA66/GF30的负面影响小于黑色母2014和2718。TA-5003的黑度、蓝相、熔体流动速率、表观浮纤和光泽度优于黑母粒2014和2718。在PA66/GF30溴系增强阻燃材料中,2014的缺口冲击强度略高于TA-5003,TA-5003的黑度略差于黑母粒2014。添加质量分数2%的TA-5003和2%的2014后,阻燃材料可保持阻燃等级为UL94 V-0级,灼热丝可保持960℃。相对于本色阻燃料,添加黑色母后相对漏电起痕指数(CTI)会下降25~50V。相对于2014,TA-5003对CTI的影响较小。在无卤阻燃PA66增强产品中,单独添加质量分数2%的黑色母TA-5003,和使用质量分数2%的TA-5003与质量分数1%的TA-5011复配,无卤阻燃PA66材料均可保持阻燃等级为UL94V-0,灼热丝可保持960℃。相对于本色阻燃料,添加黑色母后CTI会下降25V。
To address the issue of difficulty in dispersing carbon black in black masterbatch and reducing the mechanical prop‐erties of composite materials,polyamide(PA)reinforced composite materials were prepared using a twin screw extruder and injec‐tion molding mechanism.The effects of the type and content of black masterbatch on the performance of PA6/GF30 system,PA66/GF30 system,PA66/GF30 bromine flame retardant system,and PA66/GF30 halogen-free flame retardant system were investigated.The results show that in nylon reinforced products,the addition of 1%TA-5003 PA6/GF30 and PA66/GF30 system results in a slight decrease in tensile strength and flexural strength,while the impact strength decreases by about 5%.As the addition amount increases to 2%,the strength further decreases.At the same proportion,the negative impact of nanometer black masterbatch TA-5003 on PA6/GF30 and PA66/GF30 is less than 2014.The blackness,blue phase,melt flow rate,surface blooming,and luster of TA-5003 are better than those of black masterbatches 2014 and 2718.In brominated flame retardant PA66/GF30,the notch impact strength of 2014 is slightly higher than TA-5003,and the blackness of TA-5003 is slightly lower than that of black masterbatch 2014.After adding 2%TA-5003 and 2%2014,the material can maintain a flame retardant grade of UL 94 V-0,and the GWFI can main‐tain a temperature of 960℃.Compared to natural flame retardant fuel,the CTI decreases by 25-50 V after adding black master‐batch.Compared to 2014,TA-5003 has higher CTI.In halogen-free PA66 reinforced products,the addition of 2%black masterbatch TA-5003 alone or the combination of 2%TA-5003 and 1%TA-5011 halogen-free PA66 can maintain the flame retardant grade UL 94 V-0,and the GWFI can maintain 960℃.Compared to the natural color products,the CTI decreases by 25 V after adding black masterbatch.
