开展大中小课程思政一体化建设对推进党的二十大精神“三进”工作,培养高素质铁路专业人才具有重大现实意义。当前,铁路行业视阈下大中小课程思政一体化建设存在亟待解决的现实困境。为此,着力从师资队伍、制度机制、育人资源、教学方法等方面探索一体化建设路径,从而有效提升大中小一体化课程思政育人实效性,落实“立德树人”根本任务。

The practical significance of promoting the"three steps"work of the spirit of the 20th CPC national congress and training high-quality railway professional is the construction of the ideological and political integration of the curriculum.At present,from the perspective of railway industry,there are unresolved practical difficulties in the construction of ideological and political integration of large,medium and small courses.Therefore,efforts should be made to explore integrated construction methods from the aspects of teaching staff,system mechanism,education resources,teaching methods,etc.,so as to effectively improve the effect of ideological and political education of large,small and medium integrated courses,and realize the fundamental task of"cultivating virtues and cultivating people".
