Research on Implementation Strategy and Path of Tianjin Heping District Xinhua College for Staff and Workers

党的二十大报告指出,要建设全民终身学习的学习型社会、学习型大国。发展老年教育是认真学习贯彻党的二十大精神,深化落实积极应对人口老龄化国家战略,助推老龄事业发展的部署要求。本文主要针对当前社区老年教育的现状,存在的问题、面临的瓶颈及社区老年教育实施的路径作简要分析。

The report of the 20th CPC national congress points out that it is necessary to build a lifelong learning society and a learning power.Developing education for the elderly is a requirement for earnestly studying and implementing the spirit of the Party's 20 National Congress,deepening the implementation of the national strategy of actively responding to the aging population,and promoting the development of the cause of aging.This paper mainly analyzes the present situation of community education for the elderly,the existing problems and the ways,the bottlenecks of developing and countermeasures community education for the elderly.
