JJC接触网检修列发电机组变频器震动问题分析

摘要 针对JJC接触网检修列经常出现主机组及其供电系统故障导致作业平台不能使用的问题,从调整风扇电机转速和优化变频器控制盘连接两方面进行研究,并提出改进方案。经实际验证,调整变频器频率参数,及在变频器控制盘加装过渡线,能有效防范变频器输出端子松动烧损、控制盘松动的惯性问题,很好地杜绝了安全隐患。 Aiming at the problem that the main engine group and its power supply system often fail in JJC catenary maintenance train,this paper studies from two aspects:adjusting the speed of fan motor and optimizing the connection of inverter control panel,and puts forward the improvement scheme.It has been proved by practice that adjusting the frequency parameters of the inverter and installing a transition wire on the con⁃trol panel of the inverter can effectively prevent the inertia problems of loose output terminals and loose control panel of the inverter,and put an end to potential safety hazards.
