摘要
CRH380B(L)型动车组运行途中出现塞拉门闪缝故障,会导致车门闪缝处出现哨音,车门关闭不良,存在安全隐患。通过研究塞拉门工作原理,分析塞拉门辅助锁及98%限位开关尺寸是导致车门闪缝的重要原因,并通过仿真分析证明塞拉门内外压差大也是导致车门闪缝的关键因素,最后针对故障原因提出相应的防控措施,通过试验及运用考核验证该防控措施可有效降低车门下部闪缝故障率。
The failure of sliding plug door flash joint during the operation of CRH380B(L)Multiple unit will lead to whistling sound at the flash joint of the door,poor door closing and potential safety hazard..By studying the working principle of sliding doors,it is analyzed that the auxiliary lock and 98%limit switch size of sliding doors are important reasons for causing door flashing,And through simulation analysis,it has been proven that the large pressure difference between the inside and outside of the sliding door is also a key factor leading to door flashing.Finally,corresponding prevention and control measures are proposed for the cause of the fault.Through experiments and application assessments,it is verified that this prevention and control measure can effectively reduce the failure rate of the lower flashing seam of the car door.
