摘要
针对铁路信号设备在维修方式选择时一般依据固定台账进行统一维修,没有充分考虑不同设备故障影响权重存在差别的问题。利用灰局势法对高铁S700K型转辙机进行预防性维修研究分析,得出在实际电务维修作业中,对于故障率低维修权重小的故障因素,可以采用传统的计划维修,而故障率高且维修权重大的故障因素,应采用预防性维修。
When selecting the maintenance method for railway signal equipment,it is generally based on a fixed led⁃ger for unified maintenance,without fully considering the difference in weight caused by different equip⁃ment faults.Using the grey situation method to conduct preventive maintenance research and analysis on the S700K high-speed railway switch machine,it is concluded that in actual electrical maintenance opera⁃tions,traditional planned maintenance can be used for fault factors with low failure rate and small mainte⁃nance weight,while preventive maintenance should be used for fault factors with high failure rate and sig⁃nificant maintenance weight.
