摘要
中国城市发展正从粗放式增量扩张向精细化内涵提升转型,而这一转型需要构建涵盖“上、下”“左、右”“前、后”“软、硬”全维闭环的有机更新发展体系。针对当前城市规划与建设中存在的结构系统离散化、控制引导指标化和思维逻辑工程化等问题,本文总结并提出城市有机更新在空间、时间和韧性三个方面的特质,并将“敏感区”作为城市有机更新实践探索的关键切入点。
Urban development mode is shifting from large-scale urban expansion to stock regeneration in China.The transformation calls for full dimensional stereo alive regeneration development system,covering"top and bottom","paralleled","front and back","hard and soft"dimensions.Facing key challenges of discretized structural systems,indexed control systems and engineered thinking systems in urban planning and construction,this paper summarizes three key features of urban alive regeneration in spatial,time and resilient aspects,as well as highlights the significance of regarding"sensitive areas"as starting point of urban alive regeneration practice.
