工业遗存再生策略选择及内在价值规律研究——以场地肌理改变为视角

REGENERATION STRATEGY SELECTION AND INTRINSIC VALUE RULE RESEARCH OF INDUSTRIAL REMAINS:FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF SITE TEXTURE TRANSFORMATION

工业遗存在城市存量空间再生中占据重要地位,如何适宜地进行“旧体新用”是工业遗存再生面临的重要问题。本文在对国内外案例进行类型学研究的基础上,以再生前后肌理的改变为视角,以空间容积的变化为路径,引入与价值平衡的联系,提取了“隐型修缮再生”“隐型扩容再生”“隐型垂直再生”“显型重构再生”四类工业遗存再生类型,分析再生类型的适应性与约束性,以及再生活动背后的价值规律,并阐述了对工业遗存再生进行分类研究的必要性与重要性,从而为国内工业遗存再生的相关实践提供参照。

Industrial remains occupy important position in the regeneration of urban stock space.How to properly"reuse the old ones"is an important problem which the regeneration of industrial remains face at present.Based on the typology study of domestic and foreign cases,this paper takes the change of texture before and after regeneration as the perspective and the change of floor area ratio as the path,introduces the connection of value balance,extracts four types of industrial heritage regeneration types,namely"implicit restoration regeneration","implicit expansion regeneration","implicit vertical regeneration"and"explicit reconstruction regeneration",and expounds the adaptability and constraint of regeneration types.As well as the law of value behind the regeneration activities,the necessity and importance of classifying the regeneration of industrial remains are demonstrated,which can provide references for the relevant practices of domestic industrial remains regeneration.
